Summer intern wins George Washington Carver Poster Competition
Kiara Potts, an undergraduate from Philander Smith College in Little Rock, completed
an 8-week research internship in
presented a poster on her project, entitled "
Identification of Arabidopsis MIOX4 over-expressing lines with high vitamin C content
," at the George Washington Carver research symposium (University of Arkansas, Fayetteville,
July 2010). Out of 30 participants, Kiara won the best poster award. View her poster here.
