Competitive research fellowships are available to new graduate students enrolling in the Department of Entomology. The Department offers the Lincoln Fellowship to qualified Masters and PhD students, and the Graduate College makes available Doctoral Academy, and Distinguished Doctoral Fellowships. Program of study can be in any area of entomology.

Doctoral Academy Fellowships
Distinguished Doctoral Fellowships
The Graduate College offers two different fellowship programs: Doctoral Academy and Distinguished Doctoral Fellowships. Qualified candidate will be nominated for the appropriate fellowship by the Department. Criteria for these fellowships are found on the Graduate School web site.
Charles G. Lincoln Fellowship
Lincoln Fellowships may be available for newly recruited graduate students to the Department of Entomology. Recipients must maintain GPA that meets or exceeds the Department minimum scores:
For current students: 3.25 GPA for a M.S. degree student, 3.50 for a Ph.D. students, and demonstrate satisfactory progress in research and degree completion.
For incoming graduate students: Masters students must have a 3.25 GPA on their undergraduate degree work, 3.5 for Ph.D. students on their M.S. degree work.
