Job Description
- Monitor and reconcile all cost centers for Entomology and Horticulture departments.
- Review all allocations, expenditures and matching funds.
- Produce/distribute monthly accounting reports that include University and Foundation cost centers/accounts.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and other related documents
- Ensure that all payroll distributions are correct, considering grant funds, cost sharing and hard fund allocations
